Expunge or Seal a Florida Record:
Targeted Seal and Expunge Services
Can I hire the Firm for only part of the seal or expungement process?
Yes. You can choose to have the Holmes Law Firm assist
you with a single seal or expungement service or from the beginning of the
regular process
through the preparation of your petition for a court order - and several services thereafter -
based on your situation. The Firm can help you with a criminal
history record located in any Florida county, even if you live in another state.
Perhaps you want to review your Florida criminal
history record (background check) and your Florida driving record, to find out if there
are any issues in those records which might impact your eligibility
to seal or expunge your record. You can obtain these records on your own or order them through
the Firm with Services 5 and 6.
If you would like the Firm to review your records, request a
FREE Eligibility Review
and provide your records to the attorney or order a copy of them (Services 5, 6, and 7).
You can decide to handle part or all of the process on your own,
perhaps with the DIY service
from the Firm, which provides a FREE Prescreening, a kit and a consultation (Service 4).
You might already have a certificate of eligibility from FDLE and need help from the Firm to prepare your petition for a court order (Service 3).
Perhaps you only need assistance to understand responses you received from the
State Attorney's Office or FDLE after they reviewed your application for a certificate of eligibility (Service 10).
If you obtain an order to seal or expunge your record, you might want to confirm that your record has actually been sealed or expunged in the FDLE database (Service 10).
The Law Firm offers several services
to address these and other options. Select Service 10 for a seal or expunge service not
specifically listed.
How can the Holmes Law Firm help me find out if I am eligible to
seal or expunge my record?
The Holmes Law Firm offers several ways to help you determine if you are eligible to seal or expunge your Florida criminal
history record under the regular seal or expungement
process, before you submit your application to FDLE.
